Q. How do I know if I submitted correctly?

A. The message below will appear once submitted

Q. If I’ve submitted for an account, how long do I have to wait before having access to on-line documents?

A. You should receive an automated email stating that we will verify and approve your account within 1 business day.

Q. Why do I have to wait one business day to get my User name and Password?

A. This is done to verify Ownership.

Q. I submitted a request for an account and received this message in my email.

Q. Can my Tenants order documents on-line?

A. Ordering documents online is only for Owners, Realtors and Lawyers.

Q. I have an account set up, but I forgot my password. What do I do?

A. If you forgot your password, simply click on "forgot password" and you can create a new password via email.

Q. My email address has changed. How do I change my login information?

A. Your login information can be changed in "My Profile".

Q. What documents are available on-line?

A. Below is a list of documents available online for Owners, Realtors and Lawyers:

Q. Do I have to pay for Condominium Documents?

A. Yes. All documents have a cost associated with them. Depending on what document(s) you are looking for, they come at different price points.

Q. When ordering Annual General Meeting and/or Monthly minutes online, why do the most current minutes show as "Unapproved"?

A. Meeting minutes taken in the previous month, are approved at the following board meeting.

Q. How do I pay for condominium documents?

A. All condominium documents can be purchased with a valid Visa or Mastercard.

Q. What is an Estoppel?

A. An Estoppel Certificate is a signed legal document prepared at the request of a seller which certifies that the seller is not behind in condo fees or any other assessments/levies owing to the condominium corporation, except for any amounts which are stated in the Certificate.

Q. What is an Information Statement and what types of information is provided in an Information Statement?

A. An Information Statement is a legal document which is provided at the request of a seller, purchaser, mortgagee of a unit, which includes the following information:

  1. If the Corporation has been served with a Statement of Claim or any notice of any action against the Common Property.
  2. If the Corporation has had unsatisfied judgment or order for which the Corporation is liable.
  3. If the Corporation has had any type of written demand made upon the Corporation for any amount in excess of $5,000.00 that, if not met, may result in an action being brought against the Corporation.
  4. If the Corporation has had any outstanding notices or court orders respecting termination of the Condominium, nor the appointment of an Administrator concerning the Corporation.
  5. If the Corporation has had any lease, disposition, or mortgage of any of the common Property.
  6. If the Corporation has any known structural deficiencies and the particulars of any post tension cable on the grounds.
  7. Specific information about the requirements from the Board of Directors such as pet approvals etc.
  8. The Particulars in the Capital Reserve Fund.
  9. The Particulars on Monthly contributions.
  10. A list of the registered Board of Directors of the Corporation.

Q. Once I’ve purchased an Information Statement, how long do I have to wait before I have access to view it?

A. Information Statements take up to 3-5 business days to process. You will be notified via email once you have access to it.

Q. Can I get a copy of a Registered Condo Plan on-line?

A. This is not available to purchase on-line, but is available at the land titles office.

Q. After I purchase documents, how long will it take before I have access to view them?

A. Apart from an Estoppel/Information Statement which will only be released on the closing/refinance date, all documents can be viewed immediately by clicking on the document folder.

Q. If I requested to have my purchased documents to be mailed to me, how long will the delivery process take?

A. Please give 2-3 business day for delivery, depending on the postal service.

Q. What happens to previous purchases?

A. All previous purchases can be retrieved and viewed in "Purchase History".

Q. Can I get notifications sent to my email account when new documents are available online for purchase?

A. Yes. This can be done in "My Profile" under Notification.
